FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When is the event?

The Level 1 Signature Service has no date; you can go to Armenia whenever you want! The Level 2 Platinum Service is from February 20th to February 29th 2024. Of course you are welcome to come earlier or stay later! Armenia is a fantastic place!
I when is the deadline for me to sign up?

There is no deadline for the Level 1 Signature Service. The deadline for the Level 2 Platinum Service is January 21st 2024 at 11:00 PM. After that, we can't take anyone else since we might not be able to get your documents prepared in time.
Do I have to go to Armenia to get my residency?

Yes. There is no way to get residency without physically being there for a few days. That's true of all countries.
I can get a passport from Armenia too??? How does this work?

Yes but it takes longer and is a separate process. Once you get residency in Armenia, if you do a few other things like get a social security number and a registered Armenian address (these things are not included in our service but we can point you in the right direction), then you can apply for a passport/citizenship in three years. This is one of the cheapest and easiest passports to get in the entire world. But you MUST get residency first to qualify for this.
I'm from <insert country here>. Will this work for me?

If you're from any Western country (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc) or South American country, apostille or not, the answer is yes. If you're unsure, feel free to email us and we can verify your country will work.
How long does it take to get my residency?

Armenia is one of the fastest residences you can get in the world right now. You'll be granted residency within about 25 days from the first day of your visit, but you only need to be in Armenia 10 days. You don't have to go back to Armenia in any particular timeframe to claim it; we can mail your residency card to you.
What is the extra $6,000 for?

You must give the Armenian government $6,000 USD (that's an approximate amount; the exact number fluctuates) and for that you will get 10% ownership equity (stock) in a small Armenian company. You don't get to choose the business; the government does this for you. This is a requirement for residency. This $6,000 cost is NOT included in our service; you will pay it directly to the Armenian government. We will show you how to make payment when you go to Armenia (wire transfer works fine).
Will I ever get that $6,000 back?

The short answer is that someday you might, but you should just assume that you won't. You officially own that stock, but you have no control over it and you can't sell it whenever you want. So down the road, it's possible you could get the money back, but our attorneys have told us that you should not assume this. Just assume it's spent and gone; a good deal for one of the best residencies in the world.
Is lodging or airfare provided?

No but we will help you with finding a hotel and organizing your flights.
I have an old misdemeanor charge on my criminal background check. Will that prevent me from getting residency?

Nope, you're just fine! Armenia won't check your criminal history. They don't care.
I thought Armenia is in some kind of war with Azerbaijan? Why are you recommending it for residency then?

Because they're not at war with anyone, Azerbaijan included. (Do you really think I would recommend you come with me to a country and spend time there and get residency there if they were in the middle of a war? Really?) Armenia and Azerbaijan do have border skirmishes sometimes (that are 100 miles away from Yerevan which is where you'll be) but most of the conflicts are deep inside Azerbaijan, attacking itself. This will probably continue for the foreseeable future. If that concerns you, get residency in Armenia for tax, international, or diversification reasons, but don't actually move there. I, Caleb, have permanent residency in Armenia... but I don't live there.
I only speak English. Will I be able to get around?

Yes. Everyone involved in this program speaks English, including Caleb, Caleb's team, the hosts, hotel staff, drivers, and key attorneys. We provide all translation services at all of your required appointments for your residency. Russian and Armenian are the two dominant languages in Armenia but English is spoken by many store/restaurant clerks. You'll be just fine.
Does this program get me permanent or temporary residency?

Temporary to start, which means you'll have to renew it in one year. After one additional year, you can get permanent residency if you wish. Temporary and permanent residency are pretty much the same thing, since you have to "renew" permanent residency just like with temporary residency, just not quite as often.
What happens if my government is too slow and for some reason my documents don't get prepared on time?

The good news is that Armenian residency is much easier in terms of docs than any other residency in the world, so you're not likely to have a problem. However, we must state our standard disclaimer: If, for any reason, there is a delay in getting your documents prepared because you or your government are too slow, then you'll have to make a second trip to Armenia at your expense (hotel/travel/legal/etc) to complete the process and we will offer no refunds in this scenario. It is 100% your responsibility to get the documents we request on time and we do not take any responsibility for any stupid governments that take too long to prepare these simple documents.
Do you 100% guarantee I'll get my residency?

You're "paying" for it because of the $6,000, so you'll get it. However, read our standard disclaimer at the bottom of this page.
Will I be able to open a bank account in Armenia too?

While we can't 100% guarantee it, you probably can open a bank account during your visit, yes.
Are there any discounts available?

Unfortunately, there are many hard costs for us to implement this program for you, so no.
Is this program tax deductible?

Posssibly. Because of the stock purchase, that's too complex a question for us to answer definitively because every country is different. Please check with your accountant.
What is the refund policy?

Because of the numerous hard costs involved for us in implementing this program for you there are no cash refunds however there is no risk of you missing out on your residency if you have to cancel your trip. You can simply reschedule your trip for a later date and we'll support you over the phone and coordinate with the attorneys remotely.

Disclaimers / Legal Stuff

1. We stand by the results you’ll get from our team, but we have no control whatsoever over the Armenian government. If between now and when you receive your residency, before and during your trip, the Armenian government does any of the following:

Makes a change in their residency laws
Introduces new charges for residency
Delays your paperwork or appointments
Makes errors on your paperwork or billing
Gives us, our legal team, or you any incorrect or misleading statements about getting residency
Makes any other disruptive change to the process

Then we can not and will not be held liable for these problems and you will not receive any sort of refund or credit. You will be liable for any additional charges or travel expenses if they are incurred by the government. However, what we WILL do is work with you as best we can to help navigate these changes without charging you any extra on our part. You'll still get your residency.

2. We stand by our results but we can't control what you do. If you do not provide us with the requested documents or other items by the deadlines we specify, you may not get your residency on your visit and you may have to either extend your stay (at your own cost) or return to Armenia at a later date (at your cost).
